October, I Love You

We have been enjoying October so much. The last 3 months of the year are the very best. The weather gets nicer and there are so many festivities and fun events. Here's what we have been up to this month. And there is still more fun to come on Halloween!

We visited 7 Acre Wood.

We found a spot to hang the hammock.

Went to a Pumpkin Patch on Market Street.

We visited several churches and are still trying to decide where to join.

We decorated cookies and Cambry learned about royal icing

We found a fishing pond 5 minutes from our house.

The girls bedazzled pumpkins.

We have spent lots of time outdoors, at parks, playing with our neighbor, and collecting leaves.

We went to the Mattern family reunion in Dobbin. Greg's cousin (who is an awesome photographer) took a bunch of pictures throughout the day so when I get those I will do another post on this.

We also celebrated Laine'y and Colton's birthdays but that will be a post of it's own.

I have been eating honeycrisp apples like crazy and buying all the pumpkin things. I am sad that October is almost over. It's been a good one!
