Pregnancy is a BLESSING and a JOY. I am so thankful to get to experience this...twice. However, when I look at this picture I panic a little. A LOT. Not at how I look. I like what my belly looks like now. But it is how I am going to look. This belly is going to be completely out of control at 40 weeks.
Just as a reminder, this is me at 16 weeks with Cambry.
Then this is what happened at 41 weeks. WHOA. That thing could knock someone over.
How Far Along: 16 Weeks
Baby's Size: Avocado
Maternity Clothes: Belly band and a lot of maternity shirts.
Movement: None yet. C'mon baby!
Sleep: Great. At least one bathroom trip a night though.
Symptoms: Nauseous mainly in the late afternoon/evening. The daytime nausea has gotten better. I thought my night nausea would be gone by now but I still feel pretty crummy at night.
Food Aversions/Cravings: I am starting to try to eat healthier finally.
Best Moment this Week: Finally started working out again! It feels good to be back. And Cambry seems to be having fun in the childcare class. When I pick her up she is sitting at the little table with all the other kids and eating a snack. I can't believe they can get them to all sit there so well. She was signing "more" when I walked up. Ha, I bet she just continually does that once they pull out the graham crackers!
What I miss: Having energy, feeling good in the evening.
What I am Looking Forward to: No more nausea, feeling the baby kick, and hearing the heartbeat at my appointment tomorrow.

I'm laughing out loud right now. And please don't take offense to this...but your doctor seriously must have missed the twin in there...
Oh Jana, you are just so tiny but your baby bellies are just so huge. It's hilarious, and endearing, and I love you! I promise to not make fun when you are 40 weeks and emotional about your hugeness...but for now...come on!! It's so great!
You are still looking fantastic!!! :) I know most women seem to get bigger earlier with number two but not necessarily bigger in the end so I am sure you'll be fine and won't burst! ;)
It's just because you are so dang skinny? If rather have a huge belly than cottage cheese thighs and 4 chins! (Which I still have 4 months later!) you look precious!
Don't sweat it :) I popped out faster with each pregnancy, but then somewhere down the road it would slow down and I would look like I did with Micah... I always ended up about the same size in the third trimester.
